Trained both in economics and hospitality, she has a unique 20 year background in talent management, leadership development, behavioral research, operations, customer service and strategic planning which provides her clients with unique advantages. As a results-focused executive, she embraced a series of high impact positions driving talent development, change management and corporate restructuring. Having cultivated an aptitude for unearthing greater capabilities in operations and resource management, she earned a reputation as a creative leader who is equally as analytical as she is a visionary.

A native of Vienna/Austria, she earned a degree in Econometrics from the Sorbonne University in Paris while also holding a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Modul University Vienna. In her prior roles Csilla served as Managing Director and COO at DALBAR, Inc., a financial services research and consulting firm. Prior to joining DALBAR she served as Editor in Chief of The Yacht Charter Guide, an international travel publication. Before relocating to the U.S., she worked in Mexico City as International Investment Associate at the Deutsch Südamerikanische Bank, a subsidiary of Dresdner Bank, Germany, as well as freelance correspondent for Austria Business & Economy in Paris, France.
